USSF Entry Level Referee Course (Grade 9)

The USSF Entry Level Referee Course (Grade 9) is to become an Assistant Referee (AR). Grade 9 is the level of the referee, not a school grade. The minimum age is 13.

Assistant Referees earn $25-40 per game depending on the duration & level of the game.

The cost of the course is $140, which includes the uniform. If you cancel after the closing date, a refund will be given less $55 for the uniform that was ordered.

A Mandatory Parent’s meeting is held the first night of the class and last approximately 60 minutes.

Minimum per class size is 15. If the minimum is not met, class will be canceled and money returned. Once the class is full, the class will be closed, so register immediately to reserve your seat! You MUST reserve your seat in advance for this class and no walk-ins will be accepted.

USSF Bridge Course

The USSF Bridge Course is to bridge from an Assistant Referee to become a Center Referee. You should have 1 season of being an assistant referee to get experience, but not required.

Center Referees earn $40-56 per game depending on the duration & level of the game. You will also be assigned to be an assistant referee earning $25-$40 per games.

The cost of the course is $90. It’s usually a 3 night class from 6:30pm-9:30pm.

Minimum per class size is 15. If the minimum is not met, class will be canceled and money returned. Once the class is full, the class will be closed, so register immediately to reserve your seat! You MUST reserve your seat in advance for this class and no walk-ins will be accepted.

The USSF Advanced Level Referee Course (Grade 8) is to become a Center Referee. Grade 8 is the level of the referee, not a school grade. The minimum age is 15.

If you are a teenager, a Mandatory Parent’s meeting is held the first night of the class and last approximately 60 minutes.
